ELANA: Yes, yes, that's the term for the mainstream media trendsetters like the New York Times, WaPo, NBC, CBS, ABC, BBC, whatever: YELLOW JOURNALISM. I learned that term long ago in my undergrad days. If you're still reading the New York Times with your coffee and croissant on Sunday mornings, you're a fool. It's too much work to read the NYT or its ilk and make the DISCERNMENTS about what is true and what isn't. I prefer to hunt and peck among the odd array sent to me from people, not corporations or agencies, around the world. More work but more truth.
