June a fellow TI was a whistle blower about Sheriffs a one time employee.
At one point she was living in her car.
Sheriffs Oversight Committee appointed, not allowed in jails and can only make suggestions.
Black Prisoner was beat to death and was said he hanged himself.
Personal belongings after death were sent to his mother, including sheet rope he hanged himself.
