Julian Assange Non-compos mentis
November 24, 2019
Ray McGovern tells it like it is about Julian Assange. Note what he says about non-compos mentis. Julian is no doubt undergoing torture. We should memorize this 13th century English law term because this is what emprisonment means now, especially when applied to any hero of the common people that hasn't yet been murdered.
The Latin non compos mentis translates as "of unsound mind."
McGovern was a CIA analyst for 27 years (April 1963 to August 1990), serving seven U.S. presidents. His CIA career began under President John F. Kennedy, and lasted through the presidency of George H. W. Bush. In 2003 he co-founded Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS). - Wikipedia
