ELANA: The sins of the CIA are endless and seemingly unstoppable. This one took place long ago in Montreal. The CIA doctor in charge, Ewen Cameron, drove back and forth between Montreal and New York as he tortured his clients for de-patterning and psychic driving by using LSD injections, induced comas, sensory deprivation and electroshock on clients who simply expected a little help with depression.
I have never heard of anyone winning a lawsuit against the CIA.
